    We generally ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery time varies depending on your location, but you can expect your unit typically in 7-10 business days. We offer a free lift gate service, meaning the freight shipper will deliver your shower directly to your drive and unload it. You will, however, need tools to disassemble our crate.

    Our warranty covers any parts included in our units. We will ship your replacement parts free of charge. Since we are a direct importer, we have all parts in stock...no need to search the web for the parts you need.
